Can I register and collect my repeat prescription from any C & A Pharmacy?

Yes. You can choose the C & A pharmacy that is the most convenient for you to collect your repeat prescription from. However, once registered for the service at your chosen pharmacy, you will need to collect your repeat prescription medication from the pharmacy you’ve registered at.

What should I do if my prescription medicines are changed by my doctor?

It is important to inform the pharmacy as soon as your medicine prescription changes, so that the most recent prescription is used to pre-pack the correct medicines for your next collection.

Can I register for the service if I am in the middle of a repeat cycle?

Yes. You can register for the service with your current prescription. Whether you only have 1 month or 5 months on your prescription, we will register you for the remainder of the cycle.

A loyalty card is a card issued to record loyalty points awarded for money spent in our pharmacies.

At C&A Pharmacy, we offer interested clients a loyalty card that identifies the customer and sends information about what the customer bought to a database. The information in the database is used to help us know the customers’ buying habits to help better services provided.

The card can be obtained at a cost of only 5000/= at any of our branches.
